Netceed is looking for a driven and enthusiastic (Senior) Vice President who will lead the telco business in Germany.
Responsibilities
As a Vice President you are responsible for the alignment and steering of all Telco activities in your region.You oversee profit and loss management for Telco operations in Germany, a business unit with +- 200 million € revenues, aiming to double revenues in the next years.You lead the integration of the various entities following a recent buy and build strategy.You are responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.You build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.You are responsible for managing budgets and financial resources within your department.You proactively identify risks and develop strategies to manage and minimize them to ensure continuity of business operations.You play a role in attracting, developing and retaining talent within your teams and ensure professional growth and development of employees.You report to the Netceed CEO and the President of Europe. You inform and consult sub region leaders and transversal functions like finance, IT, Operations…in your region.Profile
You have a master’s degree in industrial, business or civil engineering.You have at least 15 years of proven work experience in the telecom (or energy) business, and in managing customer-centric organizations.You held senior leadership roles with P/L accountability, ideally within an international structure.You are a successful change manager with a result focused track record. Your (post) M&A integration skills would be more than welcome.You are a creative entrepreneur and bitten by innovation.Your enthusiasm radiates throughout the organization, and you are an excellent motivator, communicator and people manager.You apply an agile and entrepreneurial management style, able to monitor margins continuously.You are a strategic and innovative thinker who understands complexity, but can develop practical, implementable solutions.You have a strong personality with an accessible and empathetic leadership style.You are an excellent networker and very experienced in complex stakeholder management.You demonstrate a proven ability to successfully manage groups in a high growth and fast changing organizations.As a German you speak fluent English.
