In order to support TriFinance in their challenge to nurture and expand their client portfolio in Brussels and Wallonia, the organization is looking for Business Developers to join their Transition and Support team. In this role you will be able to contribute significantly on a strategic level to the further growth and development of the organization and its partnerships.


  • Your goal is to build and nurture a sustainable relationship with your customers, by understanding their needs and by always - together with the customer - looking for a pragmatic yet pertinent and technically advanced solution.
  • You expand TriFinance’s activities and develop new business by identifying leads, managing sales opportunities and actively engaging with new potential customers.
  • You coordinate all commercial activities in close collaboration with a dedicated team of Business Managers. Together you develop TriFinance’s strength in the market and exploit the existing market potential, with a focus on supply-driven, always keeping in mind the growth of your Professionals.
  • You support the philosophy of TriFinance: "Furthering people for better performance in do-how", in which the growth of your consultants is central. It is crucial to maintain close contact with the consultants in order to support them in their personal career path and discuss their personal development plans together with the Care Manager.
  • On a strategic level, you work in consultation with the Business Unit Manager and contribute to the commercial strategy of the Transition & Support Business Units.


  • You have a Master’s degree in a Business-related field and/or have at least 7 years’ experience in commercial positions, preferably in a services and/or consultancy environment.
  • A background in Finance or an interest in Finance would be a major asset, as well as experience as mentor or career coach. 
  • You have an excellent knowledge of both Dutch and French and a good knowledge of English.  
  • You are an excellent networker and negotiator, with a customer-oriented and hands-on approach. 
  • You are a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer focused on attracting new customers and on further developing relationships with existing customers by profiling yourself as a real Business Partner. 
  • You are a team player who is constantly looking for partnerships both with customers as well as with your colleagues and consultants. 
  • You are persistent and solution-oriented, determined to achieving significant commercial growth.
