Senior HR Business Partner

For one of our clients we are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to reinforce their Tax & Legal Services Department.

ROLE

  • As a Senior HR Business Partner, you actively participate in the development and implementation of the HR vision and strategy in support of Management achieving their business objectives.
  • By demonstrating your professional knowledge & expertise, and active guidance with regard to changes in the business environment, you act as a trusted advisor.
  •  You lead the people aspects of the business units’ strategic plans and facilitate the HR processes with regard to development and retention of our talents; such as competence development, performance management processes, talent identification and succession.
  •  You facilitate mentoring programs and contribute to the global mobility and reward policy in collaboration with the C&B Manager.
  •  You act as an employee champion and change agent. You assess and anticipate HR-related needs based on regular and pro-active interactions with employees.
  •  You work in close collaboration with your HR Business Partner colleagues. You report to your colleagues and to the HR director. 

PROFILE

  • A Master's degree in psychology, social sciences or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an HR generalist or in another HR related role
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, service attitude
  • Sound business acumen, communication and relationship skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and supporting tools & systems (SAP, Workday) and Belgian social law is an advantage
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
